Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed for each application. After each installation, communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction, authorize final payments, and complete a job checklist with the homeowner. Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect throughout the process.
Candidates must have at least three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience and knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens. An established LLC or business, worker’s compensation and liability insurance, and strong communication and customer service skills are required. Ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members is essential.
