HVAC Technician

• Follow cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Follow SOPs precisely and maintain accurate documentation.
• Complete and document work orders in the CMMS system.
• Respond to equipment emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Communicate regularly with team and supervisors; use software for reports and records.
• Walk stairs and move equipment across multiple sites.
• Perform daily preventive and routine maintenance on HVAC and facility systems.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Repair and service HVAC units, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in industrial/commercial HVAC or refrigeration repair.
• Work outdoors and at heights; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; meet attendance standards.
• Advanced technical training preferred.
• HVAC and EPA Universal certifications required.
• Adapt to changing duties, shifts, and high-pressure conditions.
• Work independently or in teams under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.

Full time role with hourly pay and benefits.
