Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Gather and empty trash.
Plan work and select proper tools and cleaning products.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking and unlocking doors after operating hours.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as required.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Maintain building and grounds, inclusive of removing debris, cleaning, handling, and disposing of trash and moving tools and other work items to their appropriate locations.
