Process, monitor, and track client and vendor submittals to ensure timely and accurate documentation flow.
Adhere to record retention policies and ensure proper archiving of project information.
Maintain and enforce established document control processes, systems, and procedures across all project functions.
Provide general administrative and project support as needed to ensure smooth office and project operations.
Support project managers and team members in complying with client standards, internal procedures, and document management requirements.
Compile, assemble, and format project documentation, including reports, manuals, and other deliverables.
Uphold quality control standards by ensuring documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Organize and maintain both electronic and hard-copy files, ensuring accurate tracking of internal and external document distribution.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
