Experience in assessing organizational needs and implementing solutions
Acquire a deep knowledge of Otis India’s business to ensure Labor and Employee Relations strategies directly support business objectives
Ability to travel when required
Knowledge of Human Resources concepts and related regulatory requirements
Strong negotiator with presentation and facilitation skills
