Senior Consultant - Communications and Engagement

Description

• Design, manage and deliver communications and engagement strategies for key NSW infrastructure projects and policy programs.
• Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies that support successful project outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on communication and engagement approaches that promote transparency, inclusivity and trust.

Requirements

• Professional memberships
• Excellent negotiation, liaison and facilitation skills.
• Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including in construction environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, combined with the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into plain English for diverse audiences.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• You will bring around five years’ experience in developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies, particularly in relation to infrastructure projects. You will also demonstrate:
• Experience in the energy sector and working on SSDA projects is desirable.
