Entry-Level Engineer

Description

• Review customer specifications to help determine product fit (with training and mentorship)
• Support the creation of formal quotes covering pricing, specifications, and commercial terms
• Assist with order processing, including documentation, engineering releases, and production coordination
• Participate in customer calls, product demonstrations, and trade shows as part of your development
• Follow ISO, quality, and safety standards
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support customer projects end-to-end
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Learn to prepare technical and product-based quotations, including sizing and application requirements
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings (training provided)
