Tasks
-Think strategically: Develop and execute account growth plans and customer engagement strategies, working closely with internal teams to deliver innovative, value-adding solutions. -Drive growth: Identify and act on new project opportunities within existing accounts while also creating pathways to engage new customers across the WA market. -Own the customer relationship: Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, supported by a strong local team. You'll drive long-term strategic engagement across all levels of the customer organisation. -Work closely with the Sales Manager – Markets while shaping your own success. Use your expertise in tenders, negotiations, and solution-selling in a role that offers both responsibility and flexibility, including ad hoc travel to key customer sites. -Stay connected: Travel across the state as required to visit sites, strengthen relationships, and ensure visibility across all levels of your customer network. -Take ownership of a major WA customer network across construction, mining, and government sectors. Build lasting partnerships and lead strategic account growth with the support of local teams.

What You Bring
-Have proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role -Ideally have experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries -Demonstrate the ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans -Tendering and contract management experience
