Train, mentor, and develop junior engineers to strengthen team capacity and continuity
Serve as the engineering lead for high-profile clients, maintaining strong and proactive partnerships
Manage complex land development projects to ensure alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality goals

Demonstrated experience in engineering quality control and technical design review
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
8+ years of civil engineering experience, focused on land development
Business development experience, including proposal preparation and client engagement
Familiarity with agency requirements in the Pacific Northwest region
Strong working knowledge of local and regional development standards and permitting processes
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
8 years of experience in land development engineering, including project and staff management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communications and analytical/problem-solving skills are essential
Proven leadership of project teams and client relationships
Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D and industry-relevant design tools
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Washington.
Experience with both private and public sector land development clients
Planning, organizing, scheduling, and project management experience
Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire junior engineers
Proficiency with project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Ajera, or Deltek Vantagepoint)
