As a Product Manager, Service and Upgrades, you will help shape the cross‑platform parts and kits strategy for the Waukesha service product line and drive the launch of differentiated service products for the Waukesha gas engine install base.
The role focuses on developing strategic initiatives, coordinating commercial launches, delivering service scope strategies, and maintaining the digital parts catalog. Collaboration with end users, channel partners, and new‑unit product teams ensures service readiness and optimal pricing across platforms.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent high‑school qualification) and at least four years of relevant experience, including three years in a customer‑facing service role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with indirect distribution networks are essential. Travel up to 25 % of the time within North America is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
