Provides infrastructure and engineering services across various sectors including transportation and energy.
Lead, pursue, develop, and execute major transportation infrastructure bridge projects, with a focus on design and delivery of projects and serving as a technical resource.
Help play a pivotal role in leading, executing, and delivering a wide range of transportation planning and design projects. This involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
Serve as a staff/technical resource in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles, methods or processes in resolution of unique engineering problems
May supervise staff engineers, including evaluating their progress and results obtained, and determining a course of action (including change if needed) to achieve overall objectives
Plans, organizes, and directs the work of a staff of engineers and technicians
While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee include frequent sitting, moving, standing, talking, hearing, and occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling. Experience with Open Bridge Designer (OBD) and MathCad Prime

Active PE. License
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project
Experience designing DOT Bridge for seismic loading
Familiar with the DOT Bridge and Structures Design Manual.
This hybrid job operates between an office environment and a field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copy machines. May require occasional exposure to work environments that may include inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazard, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water, depending on project requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Prior consulting experience managing municipal (state, county, city) projects
