- Support Controller, Assistant Controller, and Accounting Manager with division/corporate interaction, data entry, transaction posting, account analysis, and reconciliation
- Perform various clerical accounting functions
- Prepare and enter general ledger accounting entries
- Review and perform basic analysis on general ledger accounts
- Enter Accounts Payable invoices and schedule payments
- Correspond with vendors to correct Accounts Payable invoices
- Reconcile Accounts Payable invoices
- Submit and secure approval for employee expense statements and reimbursements
- Input permit account entries
- Review and maintain vendor insurance and set‑up
- Research utility bills to verify company‑owned property at billing time
- Ensure digital records are processed correctly
- Conduct business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit
- Accurately process and record large volumes of numerical data

The role involves data entry, transaction posting, account analysis, and reconciliation within a fast‑growing Fortune 500 environment.

- Proficiency with MS Office and email
