The incumbent will work closely with the Manufacturing Services Leader to analyse data, identify performance improvement opportunities and ensure delivery of service objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating external service-provider partnerships, scheduling maintenance across the operational landscape, developing framework contracts and Service Level Agreements, and administering engineering inspection requirements.
The role also serves as the primary interface with the Fluid Management Service Provider and the Group Property Integrated Facilities Supplier, monitoring performance against defined requirements. Collaboration with other Manufacturing Services Engineers and effective use of IT and digital tools are essential to manage service accountabilities.
Successful candidates will have experience in functional support groups, a proven record of delivering business results, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience in managing and coordinating external service providers, as well as the ability to drive personal development, is required. A Security Check clearance is mandatory, and applicants must be UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals.
