As the Plumbing Service Manager you will be the heartbeat of plumbing operations, providing leadership, support, and training to ensure every job is done right while upholding safety, ethics, and compliance.
- Build and motivate a strong plumbing team through recruiting, training and daily coaching.
- Champion unparalleled customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee material planning, labor forecasting and resource allocation to exceed expectations while meeting financial goals.
- Coordinate with sales, field, procurement and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of fleet, parts and materials with zero discrepancies.
- Develop relationships with vendors, community leaders and third‑party partners.
- Drive business growth by meeting financial targets, analyzing costs and implementing new strategies.
- Promote a safe, accident‑free work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations and recognition to foster team development.
- Lead manpower planning and resource allocation aligned with production and business objectives.
- Monitor team performance, track key metrics and take corrective actions to achieve revenue and profit margins.
- Ensure facility maintenance and appearance reflect brand professionalism.
- Meet or exceed annual budgeted financial goals.

The ideal candidate has 5‑8 years of plumbing experience, at least 2 years in a management role, a Journeyman plumber license, strong leadership, budget management, communication and problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
