- Work across all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud and Field Service
- Identify, suggest and drive process improvements
- Provide day-to-day supervision to the team members
- provide technical support and guidance to the team on the day-to-day support tasks
- Plan and run the training and onboarding plans for new team members
- Interact with users across various Lutron business units and regions, solving their Salesforce-specific technical issues and providing new features to improve business processes
- Interface with other Salesforce developers, testers, and architects to solve user issues or implement/support new capabilities

- Salesforce certifications and Trailhead learnings are preferred
