  • Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company.
  • Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day.
  • Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members.
  • Schedule and monitor daily workloads.
  • Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings.
  • Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment.
  • Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.
  • Maintain on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and/or subcontractors.

  • Mow, string trim, prune stormwater ponds.
  • Overnight travel within and to nearby States is required 50%-75% of the time.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Must comply with Dragonfly's policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks.
  • Al least 1+ year of background and formal experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
  • Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.
  • Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes and pruning tools.
  • Backpack blowers and sprayers
  • Willing and able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to walk on steep slopes for extended periods of time.
  • Edgers, string trimmers and chain saws
  • Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Possesses core values compatible with those of Dragonfly Pond Works (Quality Focus, Take Ownership, Growth Oriented)
  • At least 1+ years of supervisory experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, or similar fields.
