Construction Project Manager

Overview

Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of large‑scale NYC construction projects.

Tasks

-Evaluate contractor payment applications and change order requests. -Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. -Ensure compliance with permits, codes, and safety standards. -Lead weekly construction meetings and coordinate project stakeholders. -Support cost reporting and project budgeting. -Manage procurement, contractor selection, and contract documentation. -Oversee punch list development and project close-out. -Navigate construction challenges and resolve field issues efficiently.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong meeting facilitation and documentation skills. -OSHA 30 certification. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. -Experience with ground-up construction and large-scale building programs. -4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of supervisory experience in construction. -Experience as an owner’s representative on large-scale programs. -Experience in sports, recreation, or hospitality construction. -Proven ability to manage change orders and construction documentation.
