Warehouse Support (Second Shift)

Description

• Practice appropriate safety skills
• Truck Loading and Unloading
• Packaging of completed material
• Recognize quality control issues
• Keep work areas and tolls clean
• Coaching your kid’s team or grilling with family

Requirements

• Prior experience in a shop floor laborer role is preferred
• Shows up — not just physically, but mentally
• The mindset to work independently and as part of a team
• Exercise spatial skills
• Lift at least 50lbs
• Forklift Experience
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working on concrete floors
• Watching or racing anything with an engine
• The willingness to work Monday–Friday, with overtime when needed
• Tolerate standing on concrete for extended time periods
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Work and communicate effectively with others
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• The ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to learn operations of other departments (washing and powder coating)
• A strong work ethic
• You’re trusted to learn equipment, improve your skills, and own your work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Consistent work hours
