• Conduct in‑home assessments and functional evaluations.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations for home modifications.

Requirements

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities thrive safely and independently at home. The ideal candidate is highly empathetic, can juggle the needs of clients, programs, and business, and is eager to make a lasting impact. Comfort with new systems and tools is essential, and experience with home modification work is a strong plus.

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and an active, unrestricted OT license.
• Bring at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health, aging‑in‑place, or disability services.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with technology and digital documentation.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Benefits

The role is contracted with a minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability, starting on 4/1/26. Compensation is $120 per evaluation, and the work involves in‑home visits across the country.

Contractors are paid on a monthly basis within two weeks of the prior month’s end. Payment is per completed evaluation and covers travel to and from the client’s home, the evaluation itself, and documentation. Additional travel expenses are approved and reimbursed in advance when needed.
