As the Oracle Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reporting delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion modules. You’ll lead a team of reporting specialists, oversee requirements gathering and design, and ensure that reporting solutions align with both business needs and Oracle best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to integrate reporting into the wider transformation programme.
  • Work with cutting-edge Oracle analytics tools and technologies.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and act as the escalation point for all reporting-related matters.
  • Lead a dynamic onshore/offshore reporting team.
  • Conduct client workshops to capture reporting requirements and align expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore reporting professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and clients on a high-profile transformation project.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with governance and best practices.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of reporting deliverables — from requirements to design and implementation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate reporting delivery risks.
  • Develop a robust reporting strategy using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, ERP Analytics, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Map existing reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Influence the design and strategy of a major Oracle Fusion reporting workstream.

  • Hands-on expertise with OTBI, BI Publisher, Analytics Cloud, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience running workshops and translating business needs into reporting solutions.
