  • Contribute to spare parts inventory and equipment BOM development.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas and vehicles.
  • Govern critical spare parts recommendations and purchases.
  • Oversee maintenance planning including weekly and outage schedules.
  • Align and update Plant 365 PM strategy with corporate standards.
  • Participate in maintenance meetings and KPI improvement initiatives.
  • Manage critical equipment treatment plans (short, medium, long term).
  • Supervise Predictive Maintenance Supervisor and Selective Inspection Technician.
  • Drive continuous improvement of maintenance KPIs and spare parts strategy.
  • Lead reliability improvement initiatives to achieve world-class performance.
  • Support operations with technical assistance and job prioritization.
  • Optimize preventative maintenance systems and update equipment condition reports.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective action plans.
  • Provide feedback on equipment condition and reliability.
  • Ensure technical training and development for team members.
  • Promote 5S workplace improvements.
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and vendor capabilities.
  • Manage vacation schedules and tool accountability.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and outage planning meetings.
  • Collaborate with contractors and ensure quality execution of maintenance work.
  • Consult with suppliers and assist in purchasing non-stock parts.
  • Administer performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and collective agreements.
  • Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure quality work.
