Accounting Intern

Description

• Manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leverage spreadsheets, systems, and processes to complete accounting tasks.
• Support Oracle Cloud ERP transition through data migration, process validation, and user readiness.
• Utilize accounting and finance tools such as Oracle, QuickSight, Hyperion, and BlackLine.
• Collect and document SOX control evidence.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, graduating Spring 2026–Summer 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PC business software.
• Self‑motivated self‑starter with strong oral and written communication.
• Demonstrates bias for action, implementation focus, and teamwork skills.
• No visa sponsorship available for interns on F‑1, J‑1, or similar visas.

Benefits

This internship runs for 10 weeks, beginning on June 8 or June 15, and is fully on‑site at the specified office location. Interns will work directly from the office and will not be eligible for remote arrangements.

• Salary range: $31.25–$34.25 per hour.
