AI & People Analytics Solutions Lead

Description

The AI & People Analytics Solutions Lead will shape QXO’s next‑generation HR analytics ecosystem, owning the data, technology, and AI infrastructure that powers People Analytics, including Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle AI Agent, and BigQuery. This collaborative, hands‑on position bridges HR, technology, and analytics strategy, designing systems and automations that turn raw HR data into predictive intelligence, streamline reporting, and enable AI‑driven decision‑making.

• Design, configure, and maintain People Analytics data foundation using Oracle Fusion Analytics and BigQuery.
• Integrate HR, payroll, recruiting, and learning data (UKG, ADP, iCIMS, Cornerstone) into a unified analytics environment.
• Build scalable data pipelines and automations for dashboards, models, and AI tools.
• Configure and manage Oracle AI Agent and Fusion Analytics to deliver conversational insights and predictive reporting.
• Develop AI‑driven automations such as summarization, alerts, and decision support.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, and the People Data Governance Council to ensure data quality, compliance, and security.
• Define and monitor data lineage, validation processes, and data‑quality KPIs.
• Provide hands‑on support and self‑service analytics enablement to HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with Oracle and external partners to optimize system configuration and adopt emerging AI capabilities.
• Work with the Director of People Analytics & AI Strategy to scale the analytics roadmap and deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5‑8 years of experience in data analytics, HR systems, or people data platforms, preferably in enterprise HR.
• Experience implementing or managing Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle Data Integrator, or Oracle AI Agent.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; familiarity with BigQuery, Python or similar tools.
• Understanding of HR data domains such as headcount, turnover, compensation, recruiting, and learning.
• Proven ability to build scalable analytics or automation solutions that integrate multiple systems.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across HR, Finance, and IT.
• Curiosity and passion for applying AI and automation to improve HR decision‑making.
