- You will make sure that document work is completed in a clear and concise way and promptly submits service reports.
- You will be advising and training customer in system operations.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental and industry regulations, where required is necessary too.
- Focus on maintenance and repair within set timeframe and according to defined process, service agreements and customer needs
- Develop positive customer relationships, ensure pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer’s equipment and system status and of work completed
- Keeping customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommending system enhancement/upgrade/replacement and promoting the sale of change orders and/or additional labor & material work (L&M) will be important.
- Also, you will communicate with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site regularly to become familiar with operating problems and reach full understanding of customer needs.
- You will understand and analyse relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc.
- Complete planned site / customer visits and resolve customer request / calls as dispatched
- Maintaining and improving technical proficiency in Johnson Control’s product lines is ideal.
- You will ensure compliance with the Johnson Controls safety culture and adheres to all applicable safety standards, requirements and equipment.
- Under close supervision, you will maintain and repair systems malfunctions which require specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications alongwith an understanding of time and material requirements. But you will also seek clarification and technical support where needed and escalate issues as appropriate.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
- Good product knowledge and ability to gain overall system understanding
- You must be based in Qatar
