Provide customer up to date all ongoing activities clearly outlined in tracking templates.

Lead project team to provide 24x7 system uptime for all aspects of the operational tolling system.
Drive internal teams to meet project milestones for all activities, including but not limited to response/repair, Daily-Weekly-Monthly-Semi-Annual preventive maintenance.
Translate customer requests and requirements into functional specs for all maintenance activities.
