Co-ordinating the successful planning and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives.
Supporting the Managers by providing proactive, strategic input in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures.
Ensure content across learning systems (e.g., Learning platforms, Learning and Development SharePoint page) is consistently maintained and accurate.
Contributing to the development of an annual training schedule that meets identified training needs and longer-term strategic learning and engagement plans ensuring the contracts to training commitment compliance.
