As a consultant you will implement MRI’s occupier property management application and deliver property and lease management consulting services to both existing and new clients across APAC. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet quality standards in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining professional communication with internal and external customers. The role offers responsibility from start to finish of client deliveries, including training clients on MRI applications and guiding them toward best‑practice solutions.
Key duties include gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring and testing software, creating documentation and training material, and managing project timelines, risks and issues. You will also coordinate implementation tasks, deliver remote or onsite training, and work with senior consultants and a diverse range of clients in specialised sectors.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths or Accounting and has at least two years’ experience as a consultant or project manager in the software or IT industry. Strong communication, logical reasoning, problem‑solving, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic Oracle PL/SQL are required, along with a solid understanding of software implementation methodologies.
