Description

As a consultant you will implement MRI’s occupier property management application and deliver property and lease management consulting services to both existing and new clients across APAC. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet quality standards in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining professional communication with internal and external customers. The role offers responsibility from start to finish of client deliveries, including training clients on MRI applications and guiding them toward best‑practice solutions.

Key duties include gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring and testing software, creating documentation and training material, and managing project timelines, risks and issues. You will also coordinate implementation tasks, deliver remote or onsite training, and work with senior consultants and a diverse range of clients in specialised sectors.

• Gather client requirements and implement the occupier property management software
• Document requirements and translate them into solution designs
• Advise clients on industry best practices for property and lease management with senior consultants
• Create business documentation, including training material
• Assist clients with software configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Manage client and project timelines, risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Plan, develop and deliver remote or face‑to‑face training programs
• Follow implementation strategies and coordinate tasks and resources for successful rollout
• Work with a varied number of clients across specialised sectors
• Add 16 extra hours to time off through the Flex at MRI program

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths or Accounting and has at least two years’ experience as a consultant or project manager in the software or IT industry. Strong communication, logical reasoning, problem‑solving, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic Oracle PL/SQL are required, along with a solid understanding of software implementation methodologies.

• Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths, or Accounting (preferred)
• 2+ years experience as a consultant, project manager, or similar in software/IT
• Knowledge of property and lease management principles and software implementation
• Basic understanding of Oracle PL/SQL queries
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Logical reasoning and ability to provide innovative solutions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and tenacity
• Understanding of software implementation methodology
• Confidence in delivering training
• Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• High initiative, self‑motivation, and enthusiasm

• Flexibility to travel when required
