- Ability to ask questions when uncertain.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience performing testing and/or inspection in a laboratory setting or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is a plus.
- Average verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, with some college-level coursework desirable.
- Experience with laboratory tools and instrumentation, including calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and tensile testers.
- Capability to work independently once trained.
