Lead analysis and reporting on UTC, UTA and CTI outcomes, ensuring performance trends are understood and addressed.
Work closely with Field Service Providers to drive operational improvements and consistent delivery standards.
Strengthen cost-to-install performance by embedding cost efficiency into planning, execution, and contractor management.
Implement real-time feedback loops to capture field performance insights and resolve issues quickly.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
Provide insights to leadership on performance risks, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Support governance and compliance with Intellihub standards and customer requirements.
