- Input incoming materials into the computer system.
- Completes all related paperwork including, but not limited to typing of Bill of Ladings, printing bar code labels and all miscellaneous documents and reports as needed.
- Keeps shipping / receiving and the office area safe, neat, clean and orderly plus perform other duties as required.
- Assists in preparation of shipments, receipts, and material control activities.
- Cycle count as required and investigate discrepancies as required
- Advises supervisor of any irregularities in the day to day operation.

- Must be qualified to use a forklift and other material handling equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must have an understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and be able to type in the advanced shipping notices, etc. as required from customers.
- Requires accuracy and the ability to use basic computer programs and be able to maneuver in the QAD / SAP or other material control system.
