Responsible for the preparation, printing, distribution, archiving, and storage of various documents in the production department, such as production instructions, operation manuals, process documents, reports, etc.
Perform operations such as work order maintenance, work reporting, and material queries in the system.
May involve material data management for line side warehouses or small warehouses.
Act as a communication bridge between the production department and other departments such as planning, procurement, quality, and warehouse, conveying information and coordinating affairs.
Ensure the validity and accuracy of file versions, and keep records of file sending and receiving.
Responsible for arranging, recording, and organizing meeting minutes for the production department.
Create and maintain various production reports (such as daily, weekly, and monthly reports) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.
Responsible for collecting, compiling, and inputting daily/weekly/monthly production data, including output, working hours, efficiency, material consumption, etc.
Process production material requisition forms, return forms, replenishment forms and other documents, and coordinate with the warehouse.
Assist in handling administrative affairs of the department, such as office supplies application, attendance statistics, overtime ticket sorting, etc.
Assist the production supervisor in tracking and querying materials.
Communication and coordination skills: Skilled in communicating with people from different positions and possessing good teamwork spirit.
Language proficiency: Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
Confidentiality awareness: able to keep the company's production and trade secrets confidential.
Office software: Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel (must master functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data processing), Word, and PPT.
Rigorous and meticulous: sensitive to data, conscientious and responsible in work, with a high sense of responsibility.
College degree or above is required, with priority given to majors in administrative management, secretarial studies, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Proficient in operating the company's SAP system and related production management software.
Priority will be given to those with a background in manufacturing, especially in the mechanical, metalworking, electrical, automotive, or photovoltaic industries.
More than 1 year of work experience as a production clerk, statistician, or related position.
System operation: Experience in using ERP/MES systems is preferred, such as SAP, Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.
Learning and stress resistance ability: able to quickly learn new knowledge and systems, and adapt to the fast-paced working environment of the manufacturing industry.
