The role is for a Cost Estimator supporting a global technology client’s retail portfolio in Cupertino. It is a hybrid position that requires on‑site presence three days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday) and focuses on producing accurate cost estimates for architecturally innovative commercial retail projects while supporting benchmarking, cost tracking and indexing throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and collaborative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ cost estimating experience in retail or similar commercial construction.
- Proficiency with cost estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and value‑engineering skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑team collaboration.
- Ability to work on‑site in Cupertino three days per week (Tuesday‑Thursday).
