The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, covering both online and on‑premise deployments. The candidate will work with CRM customizations, integrations, and Power Platform services to deliver robust business applications.
Key duties include developing plug‑ins, workflows, ASP.NET components, and reports, as well as building web extensions with AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript. The professional will design relational databases, write SQL scripts and stored procedures, and create technical specifications and unit test plans. Ongoing support for CRM, collaboration, and business intelligence applications, along with project communication and stakeholder updates, is also required.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM Online and on‑premise) including plug‑ins, workflows, and reports.
- Develop extensions using AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, ASP.NET 3.5+ and SQL Reporting Services.
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Create technical specifications, unit test plans, and perform unit testing.
- Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and design relational databases supporting application needs.
- Provide ongoing support for CRM, collaboration, and business intelligence applications to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate project status and issues to managers and practice leaders.
- Participate in sales activities by scoping services, delivering technical expertise, and identifying additional client needs.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Apply troubleshooting, testing, quality‑control, and problem‑analysis techniques.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners.

A bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related technical field is required, together with hands‑on experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
