Key responsibilities include conducting engaging tours for prospects, responding swiftly to phone and online leads, delivering top‑tier customer service to residents, assisting with marketing efforts and market surveys, planning resident retention events, and handling lease applications and documentation in compliance with company policy.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of sales, customer service, or leasing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the flexibility to work weekends as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property‑management software, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.
The Leasing Consultant position is based in Providence, RI, full‑time, with a starting hourly wage of $23.00 plus commissions and bonuses. As the first point of contact for the apartment community, you will serve as the brand ambassador, guiding prospective residents through the sales process from greeting to lease signing and providing ongoing service to current residents.
