To respond to all fire /incident calls most expeditiously.
Maintenance of fire station/MI room/Appliances.
Be alert and ready to respond to incidents during duty tenure.
Performs other tasks as required to keep the Airport in compliance with local and international fire safety regulations.
Monitoring and Removal of fire hazards from the terminal and other airport buildings.
To attend all Drills and trainings.
Respond and reports for airport duty when called during non-duty hour.
To perform the duties of aircraft rescue and fire fighter in shift duties.
Responds and turn out appliances to emergency situations as directed by radio, telephone, or observation.
Assist in enforcing airfield fire safety rules & regulations and report the incidents of violation.
Maintenance of fire prevention and firefighting facilities in the terminal building, cargo areas, fuel farm etc.
Maintenance of all fixed and portable firefighting appliances available for peak efficiency when needed.
Driving of Ambulance and other supporting vehicles.
Carrying out day-to-day activities of Airport rescue and firefighting team in providing Cat 9/10 level of protection to the airport /the buildings.

LMV, preferred Heavy Driving License
Ability to understand and work in noisy, hazardous, or stressful situations with or without use of equipment
Passed in Basic Training course from ICAO recognized institution
Ability to communicate courteously and tactfully with officers, in giving and receiving information
Undergo familiarisation of various buildings and installations of the Airport.
Good physical standards as per Fire orders, ability to remain calm in emergency situations, ability to understand and work in noisy, hazardous, or stressful situations with or without use of equipment’s, ability to courteously and tactfully communicate with officers, fellow workers.
To be fully familiar with airport topography and familiarize with the rescue procedures of the aircrafts operating from the airport.
Undergo familiarisation to various types of aircrafts operating from the airport.
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
