Conduct team meetings with project team to evaluate and coordinate the project.
Responsible for quality control and quality assurance related to the survey activities on each project.
Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to project team staff as needed.
Serves as subject matter expert for survey related activities such as construction staking, topographic surveying, platting, legal description writing, boundary analysis, exhibit preparation, and legal principles.
Works with the Project Manager to define project tasks, schedule and resource requirements.
Complies with and helps the enforcement of company standards, policies, and procedures.
Stays current on service-specific trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.
Lead the planning and implementation of projects and monitors the operational effectiveness throughout.
Works with Project Manager to evaluate project budget, scope, and fee.
Ensures division, regional, and company policies and practices are consistently followed within the survey service.
