- Drive resolution of defects during test cycles and hyper care as well as for critical incidents.
- Fully comply with all Group IT standards and processes.

- Deliver SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM) solutions by translating business and process requirements into technical specifications.
- Define and safeguard IT solutions to ensure they are robust, scalable, and supportable, with proper documentation prepared for CAB meetings.
- Maintain a detailed functional understanding of the application/module and its role in supporting business processes.
- Perform system configurations while ensuring adherence to build standards and best practices.
- Ensure that all changes are properly and extensively documented.
- Collaborate with Process Architects and Design Authorities to develop IT solutions aligned with business needs
- Work closely with Lead Business Analysts and Process Experts to design complex solution specifications.

- Solid domain knowledge in Accounting and Cost Accounting.
- Familiarity with Direct Tax is a plus.
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Controlling, including CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Material Ledger.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong grasp of integration points between CO and other modules such as FI, SD, PP, and MM.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in ECC and S/4HANA Controlling module configuration, with a solid understanding of related business processes.
- Commitment to meeting customer requirements and expectations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of cost and revenue allocation process design and implementation.
- Experience in defining data models in PaPM, integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems, and designing business rules using standard PaPM capabilities.
- 9-12 years of overall functional experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- 1–2 end-to-end implementations in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM).
- Functional knowledge and experience in financial allocation processes.
- Well-versed in S/4HANA system implementation methodologies.
