Cross-Functional Coordination: Work between the finance and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Project Management Support: Work closely with our seasoned construction managers in Minneapolis and Denver to track budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
You’ll bridge the gap between finance and construction, helping to streamline investment decisions and execution.
Market Research: Analyze local market conditions, housing trends, and competitive dynamics in the Midwest and Denver regions.

Good Communicator: You can work with both finance professionals and construction managers.
Excel & PowerPoint Ninja: You’re highly proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
