This is a full-time hybrid role for an M&E Specification Manager, based in Greater London with some work from home flexibility. The M&E Specification Manager will be responsible for managing mechanical and electrical specifications, developing tailored heating and hot water solutions, collaborating with developers and specifiers, and providing technical support. Daily tasks will include solution design, project advising, client meetings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key product focus, Commercial ASHP, 4 Pipe Solutions, Heat Interface Units and Bespoke Packaged Plant.
