Manage client accounts and insurance processes for employee benefits brokerage.

Tasks
Complete preliminary policy checking for all accounts and submit change requests to the underwriter Build relationships with clients and have the ability to answer insurance questions The Account Manager - Employee Benefits is responsible for day-to-day management of their assigned book of business. The AM works closely and collaboratively with the internal service team as well as producers to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. The AM serves as another client touch point for day-to-day service needs. Maintain appropriate business contact with clients Process invoices for both new and renewal policies Assist in marketing and servicing clients within the account team Obtain financial quotes Follow up on open activities Process change requests from client, setting an activity for receipt of the endorsement from the insurance carrier Order renewal submissions and prepare summaries Check & invoice audits, and send to client with clear explanation of premium Update the system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term Assist with issuing insurance binders Process received endorsements, check for accuracy, invoice and send to client with clear explanation of change

What You Bring
Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks including the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to support multiple producers and/or account executives simultaneously Proven track record of success in a hybrid setting Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Must have active Life & Health license Excellent verbal and written communication skills
