Working alongside our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role.
Preparing schedules
Managing budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients
Engaging trades and monitoring progress
Forecasting monthly revenue according to project completion dates

Requirements

Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards
Thorough understanding of the construction process from concept to handover and WHS requirements
Experience working directly with clients, building consultants and construction related trades/suppliers
Ability to interpret plans and engineers’ drawings
Proven skills in construction supervision for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties
Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
Strong verbal and written communication
Adherence to WH&S standards
