Strong Site Planning capabilities / knowledge, and excellent design skills
Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
Able to anticipate the needs of clients and projects and resolve conflicts that arise
Well organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to lead a high performing team
Familiarity with preparing proposals/scope of work documents and associated fees
Experience in planting design, hardscape design and construction document generation is critical
Excellent communication skills – written, graphical, verbal, and organizational skills
Florida registration as a Professional Landscape Architect or can receive this within a 3 month timeframe.
Prior experience designing parks, trails, recreation facilities, master-planned communities, etc. for public and private sector clients.
Experience with construction methodologies and implementation
8+ years of progressively responsible professional experience as a Professional Landscape Architect
Strong Knowledge in AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, and Microsoft Office
