Survey Manager (PSM)

Description

• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Oversee and manage survey projects from inception to completion
• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

Requirements

A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead their growing team. If you're a seasoned Professional Surveyor and Mapper with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.

• 6+ years of experience in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred
• Holder of multiple award-winning projects, TX-APWA Project of the Year, ASCE Award of Merit
• 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• PSM License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
• Local presence with national impact, who is actively engaged with communities and local partners
