Manage Overtime, annual leave, sick pay approval requests.

Manage Training

Liaising with Procurement to assist Team leads in meeting targets

Mentoring and Coaching of Team Leads and team members

Managing the day-to-day activities of the Electrical teams via the Team leads / supervisors

Keeping team leads / supervisors informed on delivery dates, process improvements,

Manage Recruitment needs.

Improving onsite service delivery processes and policies and preparation of methodology

Manage Block release / paperwork of apprentices if when required.

Assisting the Production manager in Managing Project Progress

Involvement in developing Lean initiatives, process improvements and SOP’s

Manage KPI’s / Output targets.

Liaising with Engineering and Design to ensure adherence to quality expectations

Ensuring that customer expectations are met.

Attend meetings, daily, weekly as requested with clear up to date data.

Experience of Lean Manufacturing processes

Quality driven with excellent attention to detail to ensure the best-in-class product.

Are you an experienced, trained Team Leader who has experience working in a medium or high

Ability to travel nationally as required.

Excellent Knowledge of switchgear manufacturing and electrical schematics

Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SS, proficient. Etc

solutions and services encompassing electrical design, production, software controls, consulting,

Prior management training

Ability to work closely with onsite, in-house and business partner teams.

Full-Time workshop position based out of our Dundalk Facility with occasional trips to our other facilities.
