Overview

Plan and coordinate liquid loads for Irving Oil trucks to meet delivery targets.

Tasks

-Utilize technology to effectively gather and respond to requests for information for managers, drivers, and customers -Analyze prior days’ loads for opportunities and make future adjustments as necessary -Participate in team project work as required throughout the year -Actively contribute to, and be accountable for, On Time Delivery and Optimal Delivery targets -Drive efficiencies by actively researching, analyzing, and evaluating historical delivery data and perform necessary account maintenance -Make difficult and time sensitive decisions to balance business objectives with customer needs -Proactively address safety concerns by partnering with internal customers -Effectively forecast seasonal demands for products and resources -Build safe, effective & efficient liquid loads for multiple trucks/products daily, by applying learned knowledge of Irving Oil policies and procedures

What You Bring

-3-5 years related experience in analytics and/or scheduling. -Excellent communication & relationship building skills. -5-10 years of experience in a customer service environment. -Experience in oil & gas industry considered an asset. -Attention to detail, time management and strategic planning skills. -Open to coaching & feedback and takes timely action. -Critical thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills. -Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
