Training Advisors (Haulage)

Description

• Record keeping and attention to detail in accordance with Standards for RTOs 2015
• Delivering face-to-face structured training.
• Ensuring compliance requirements of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework are met at all times.
• Providing operational training to enhance the capability of experienced mobile plant operators.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in workplace training delivery and assessment in mining
• Proficient knowledge with Dozers, Graders & Excavators (desirable) - Essential
• Current and Valid MC Driver’s Licence - Essential
• Thorough understanding of the requirements of operating within a compliance-based environment such as mining
• Approachable Management & Inclusive team culture
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Essential
• Proficient Road Train (triple & quad) experience including side tipper - Essential
• Proficient knowledge with Loaders (Up to and including 990K) - Essential
• Flexibility to travel domestically as required
• Day shift only
• FIFO from Perth (or from the main capital cities within Australia)
• Proficient computer literacy
