- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Participer à la définition, mettre en place et maintenir des standards et meilleures pratiques pour l’ensemble des bureaux.
- Intérêt marqué pour l’optimisation, l’innovation et l’uniformisation des pratiques techniques et organisationnelles.
- Suivre les résultats, mesurer les impacts et ajuster les pratiques en continu.
- Expérience pertinente en conception de projets de bâtiment (plans, devis, coordination).
- Fournir un appui continu et pour toute question liée aux processus opérationnels des projets.
- Diplôme universitaire en génie (mécanique, électrique, structure ou autre domaine lié au bâtiment).
- Effectuer des déplacements réguliers dans les différents bureaux au Canada afin de s’assurer d’une implantation cohérente et uniforme.
- Former et soutenir les ingénieurs, techniciens, personnel de soutien et chargés de projet dans l’application des nouveaux processus
- Agir comme agent de changement en accompagnant l’organisation dans l’évolution de ses façons de faire.
- Optimiser et uniformiser ces processus afin d’assurer une cohérence et une efficacité globale.
- Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et communicationnelles : capacité de vulgarisation, d’influence et d’accompagnement du changement.
- Esprit analytique, rigueur et souci du détail, avec une forte capacité à documenter et à standardiser les processus.
