- Work with various stakeholders including other members of the internal civil design team, engineers and project managers to assist with the design, documentation and coordination on projects.
- Work on a range of infrastructure projects using across Queensland and Nationally
- Assist with quality assurance to ensure work meets quality standards and quality specifications.
- Develop your technical skills in a leading global consultancy, developing exposure to key software such as 12d modelling and AutoCAD and contribute to the development of high-quality designs.

- Ability to ensure designs meet client expectations, technical standards, and governance requirements
- Willingness to undergo further training to upskill and continuously develop
- A passion and enthusiasm for technical delivery standards and delivering to project timeframes whilst maintaining quality management standards.
- Experience managing resourcing needs for multidisciplinary transport design teams, with diversity across regional and national project delivery
- Proven experience in AutoCAD as a designer or drafter on Civil Engineering projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
