Program, administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems
Perform database queries, updates, and edits using Structured Query Language (PL/T SQL), SQL*plus, SQL*Net, data query, SQL Developer, APEX
Provide system and database engineering support for development, test, and production activities required for each software release
Provide database solutions in DISA and Cloud One (AWS, Azure) hosted environments
Create, modify, and use database procedures, processes, queries, triggers, scripts, and views
Supports development of architecture views for compliance with BEA, NDAA, DoDAF
Follow software development, testing, security, and system fielding processes of the DISA and Cloud One hosted environments
Technical sustainment and development services (e.g., analysis, design, evaluating and documenting deficiencies and changes, testing, debugging, coordination with government functional SMEs and other stakeholders, configuration management, maintaining software architecture and risk management artifacts)
Database programming and administration functions with both Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases for the US Air Force
Troubleshoot and repair database communication

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical area. Master's degree may substitute for 2 years' experience
Experience: 7+ years' (minimum) in database programming and management, including in Oracle 12c and/or 19c, Microsoft SQL 2012 and later, and Azure SQL
Experience supporting DoD applications
Experience with AWS, AWS GovCloud, Azure and/or Cloud One hosted database solutions, in native and hybrid cloud configurations, to provide sustainment of existing systems and recommendation for enhancements to make best use of cloud capabilities
Knowledge of Defense Transportation systems, functions, and terminology
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experienced or familiar with appropriate task order related tools (or equivalent) such as: TFS, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Remedy, Glassfish, Microsoft Office Suite
Must meet DoD 8140 - Data Operations Specialist-Intermediate experience and/or certification requirements
Experience with development, test, and production environments in DISA, AWS and Azure, especially GovCloud/CloudOne
