The post holder will be instrumental in delivering M&E projects across a large portfolio of sites, acting as a customer‑facing leader who spends significant time engaging with both the team and clients.
Key duties include managing day‑to‑day project performance covering financial, commercial, people, safety and quality aspects, ensuring compliance with ABM policies, contract SLA/KPIs and ISO quality systems, and driving continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining risk controls.
The role also requires building fully competent, trained teams with succession planning, delivering clear communication through reports and client meetings, managing debt and budgets to meet targets set by the Account Director, and overseeing lifecycle, capital and variation works in line with contract plans.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent experience, has extensive transport‑sector or similar contracting background, strong commercial and financial acumen (especially with PFI contracts), excellent presentation and influencing skills, servant‑leadership experience, relevant FM/technical qualifications, and proficiency in MS Office.
